How do you add a profile picture to your wrestlers

The picture needs to be on the internet.

A lot of players just pull off images from google. 

In Chrome you right click the image you find and the click "Copy image address".  Then go into MOTM and in the picture field paste the address in "Ctrl-V" for the hotkey.
